Twin Trace — Privacy Policy

Twin Trace (“we”, “the app”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what the iOS app does with your data. By using Twin Trace you agree to this policy.

The short version: There is no account and no login. Your game progress stays on your device and, if you enable it, syncs privately through your own Apple iCloud. The app shows ads through Google AdMob, which uses a device advertising identifier. We do not run any server of our own and do not sell your data.

Information we collect

Game data — your level progress, points, hints, achievements, and settings are stored on your device. If you use iCloud, they also sync through your own Apple iCloud account. This lives in your personal iCloud — handled by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy — and we have no access to it.
Advertising data — to show ads, our advertising partner Google AdMob may collect a device advertising identifier and basic device and usage information to serve and measure ads.
Support requests — if you email us, we receive the information you choose to send (such as your email address and the contents of your message), and we use it only to respond to you.

There is no sign-in and no user profile. We do not use any analytics or crash-reporting SDK.

Advertising

Twin Trace displays ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may use a device advertising identifier to deliver and measure ads. Where required (such as the EU/UK), you will be asked for consent, and iOS will ask for App Tracking Transparency permission, before any personalized ads or cross-app tracking. If you decline, you will still see ads — just non-personalized ones. AdMob's handling of this data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

Purchases

In-app purchases (points packs and the Pro upgrade) are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or receive your payment details — we are only told that a purchase completed, so the app can unlock what you bought.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. The only data that leaves your device is: (1) your own iCloud sync, handled by Apple; (2) App Store purchases, handled by Apple; and (3) advertising data handled by Google AdMob. We do not share your data with any other third parties except as required by law.

Data retention & deletion

Your game data stays on your device and in your own iCloud account, under your control — we operate no servers and store none of it ourselves. Deleting the app removes its on-device data, and you can remove its iCloud data from your device's iCloud settings. Advertising data is retained by Google under its own policies. Any support email you send is kept only as long as needed to resolve your request.

Security

Data that leaves your device — iCloud sync and App Store purchases — is encrypted in transit and handled by Apple's secure infrastructure. We do not operate our own servers or hold your data.

Children

Twin Trace is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights & choices

Play offline — the game itself needs no connection.
Turn iCloud sync on or off in your device's iCloud settings.
Decline App Tracking Transparency to receive only non-personalized ads.
Reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device's privacy settings.
Delete the app at any time to remove its on-device data.
